Summary: no refunds. All payments made to Timeahead are final. The full policy below explains the limited exceptions (erroneous or duplicate charges) and how to reach us.
All purchases, subscriptions, and paid services on Timeahead are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds once a payment has been processed, regardless of usage.
Orders and subscription payments cannot be cancelled once placed. For recurring subscriptions, you may disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
If you were charged due to a technical error, a duplicate transaction, or a failed transaction where the amount was nevertheless debited, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your transaction reference. Verified erroneous charges will be reversed to the original payment method.
Timeahead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Temporary downtime, feature changes, or service interruptions do not entitle the user to a refund.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and access to Timeahead.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
